This question "How does the Overall City Development & Sustain"?

Where does the Government or the Corporation get funds to sustain and also develop?

Get a loan from funding agencies? oops.. have to give it a serious thought, the high rate of interest, paying tax payers money. Lets forget that idea.

Would increasing taxes help? oops no... the whole town will be revolt!!

Invite sponsors to sponsor activities? Oops.. the Sponsors have one question, how will they benefit?

Request everyone one living in the city to donate for a cause? oops... that might lead to a scam!!

How?

If we can answer this question of HOW, then all the problems city is facing can be solved.. I hope!!
